The main components are screw, barrel, nose, transmission system and electrical system.
 
1. The screw is the main part for directly processing plastics to make them uniformly plasticized. It has a special structure. Due to its rotation, the plastic raw materials are moved forward, stirred and compressed, so as to meet the quality requirements of the finished product. The screw is made of high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoAl, which has been nitrided to achieve high hardness and corrosion resistance.
 
2. The barrel is a part that contains plastic and screw. It is nitrided and has the characteristics of anti-wear and anti-corrosion. There is a stainless steel heating ring on the outer surface of the barrel, and the heat is transferred to the plastic material through the barrel to make it plasticized. The upper part of the head is equipped with three measuring holes and thermocouple holes to meet different technological requirements.
 
3. The machine head is the last part of the plastic product forming. It is located at the front end of the machine barrel and is connected to the machine barrel by a union bolt. The front end of the machine head is equipped with a splitter plate. According to the product process requirements, a filter screen can be set in front of the filter screen (specification According to requirements) The outer surface of the machine head is equipped with a heating device to ensure that the product is formed in a hot melt state.
